I ran in the rain.

 On trails.

For 6 miles.

There were puddles.

And mud. And dirt.

And. I. Loved. It.

I needed that run.  I needed to remember that I love running.

I don’t want to say I was starting to have my doubts, but.. I was starting to have my doubts.

Today helped.  I stomped in puddles, splashed mud as much as I could and had FUN.

The Aftermath

I was dirty and had pruney toes but I had a blast.  Thank you this one time only for the rain today.

After that I did a LONGGGG Cross fit workout.  30 minutes of The “Hopper”

aka random exercises written on a piece of paper

and thrown in a box

you pick a paper, do what is says, then pick again

30 minutes

one of them was 50 burpies

guess who kept picking 50 burpies

I am a burpie prof.

REEEEEEEWIND to yesterday

I hung out with my family and ate way to many cheetos and of course my BFF and pups


I decided that I love sunday MORNINGS but hate the evenings.  Once I have my ideal life I am sure it will be different 😉

Now I am off to rest for my morning run with two good friends tomorrow.  Early wake up but it will be worth it, they are two of my all time favorite running buddies 🙂
