January 1-7 Workout

Sunday: 3miles
Monday: Bodypump
Tuesday: 3 miles
Wednesday: 3 miles
Thursday: Body pump
Friday: 3 miles
Saturday: Boot camp 35 minutes
Oh, and I walked the wowies a bunch in there too.  I don’t usually keep track of that!  Maybe should?  isn’t that what this blog is about  I walk them about 1 mileISH a day, sometimes more, sometimes less…all depends on how lazy i feel how much sunlight I have left when I get home from work.
